Run your entire business in the cloud. Powered by Business Central & AI.
Get your finance, sales, and warehouse operations under a single, smart ERP. We configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to fit your business, with Copilot AI built in from day one.

Everything you need to run your daily operations.
Every setup is tailored to your business size, helping you automate workflows, track inventory, and manage accounts in one place.
Business Central Online — because that's the only place Copilot runs.
Microsoft discontinued new perpetual on-premises licenses for Business Central in 2025, and Copilot's AI agents are only available in Business Central Online. Rather than sell a legacy deployment model Microsoft itself has moved away from, we deploy exclusively on the cloud platform — every engagement launches with full AI capability already switched on.
Smart AI automation. Built right into your ERP.

Before you ask, here's what we usually get asked.
Do you still offer an on-premises deployment?+
No. Microsoft discontinued new perpetual on-premises licenses for Business Central in 2025, and Copilot’s AI agents only run in Business Central Online. We deploy exclusively on Business Central Online so every engagement gets automatic updates, security patching, and full AI functionality from day one.
How long does a typical implementation take?+
It depends on scope. A focused deployment for a single-entity business can go live in roughly 6–10 weeks. A multi-warehouse or multi-company rollout with heavy customization typically runs 3–6 months. We confirm a real timeline during discovery, not before it.
Can you migrate us from an older NAV version or on-premises Business Central?+
Yes. Migrating from legacy Dynamics NAV, an existing on-premises Business Central environment, or a non-Microsoft system is part of our standard process — customers, vendors, items, and historical ledger balances are migrated and reconciled before go-live.
Is Copilot included, and is our data secure?+
Copilot and the built-in AI agents run on Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI models against your permissioned, access-controlled data only — nothing leaves your environment. Individual AI features can be reviewed and switched off per user group if you prefer a staged rollout.
What happens after go-live — do you disappear?+
No. Ongoing administration, configuration changes, and support are available on a retainer or as-needed basis, handled by the same consultants who built your environment.
Is this engagement independent of your fleet tracking service?+
Yes, entirely. The Business Central practice is staffed, contracted, and delivered on its own — there is no requirement, technical or contractual, to use our fleet tracking service alongside it.
