Do we need to sign a long-term contract?+
No. Packages are available on flexible month-to-month or annual terms, and there’s no requirement to bundle fleet tracking with any other FGI Tech Solutions service.
Do we own the tracking hardware?+
Ownership terms are set per package — devices can be purchased outright or provided as part of the subscription, depending on fleet size and contract length.
Does this work with any type of vehicle?+
Yes. Units are fitted to cars, vans, trucks, and heavy equipment alike; installation is matched to the vehicle type during onboarding.
How is our data secured?+
Telemetry is encrypted in transit and stored on access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Only your authorized users can view your fleet’s data.
Can we integrate fleet data with our own systems?+
Enterprise-tier customers get open API access to export telemetry and reports into whatever system you already use — there’s no dependency on any specific ERP, including our own Business Central practice.
Is this independent of your Business Central service?+
Completely. Fleet tracking is its own product, on its own contract, run by its own engineering team. You don’t need to run Business Central — ours or anyone else’s — to use it.
